Acceptable Production Reporting Record Types:

1.Settlement Sheets (NOT individual tickets)

Must include:

• Name matching insured on policy

• Unit number for each load

• Crop

• Date

2. Bluetooth Grain Carts

• Must be calibrated to manufacturer’s specs

• Can use summary of loads produced by the scale software system

• Insured must be able to export individual load weights if requested

3.Bin Measurements

• Adjuster will measure bin to determine bushels

• If two or more units are in the same bin, must have markings to separate

• Bins do not need to be leveled between markings

4.*Combine Records

• *If you reported ACREAGE with precision software, precision combine records can be used as a hard record

• Planting and harvest records must sync within the same platform

• If acreage was NOT reported with precision software, combine records can only be used as a soft record to break out production between units
